Boost your immune system with this antioxidant-rich smoothie!

1 scoop Tropical Shakeology
1 cup almond milk (or other milk)
1/2 cup frozen or fresh berries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 tsp honey
Ice to taste
Optional: garnish with blueberries and crushed almonds.
